Terms of use
Last updated: 29 July 2026
Chronoscape uses Apple's standard licence agreement. Your use of the app is governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. We have not written terms of our own — that document is the agreement.
Chronoscape is made by Elqoo, Rijksweg 102, 9870 Zulte, Belgium (enterprise number 0589.983.494). This page simply points you to the agreement that applies and explains where to go for anything to do with your purchase.
Buying, cancelling, refunds
Chronoscape is distributed through the Mac App Store, so Apple handles the commercial side. We never see your payment details and cannot charge or refund you ourselves.
- Payment and billing — handled by Apple, under the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions you accepted with your Apple Account.
- Managing or cancelling a subscription — in your Apple Account settings: App Store → your name → Subscriptions. A subscription renews until you cancel it there, and we cannot cancel it for you.
- Refunds — requested from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We have no way to issue one. If something is broken, do tell us as well — we would rather fix it.
Your statutory rights as a consumer under Belgian and EU law are unaffected.
Support
Support for Chronoscape comes from us, not from Apple. Write to hello@elqoo.com and a person will read it.
Privacy
How we handle personal data is set out in our privacy policy. In short: no accounts, and your location never reaches our servers.
The scenes
The scenes in Chronoscape, the Chronoscape name and the Elqoo name are ours. Screenshots of your desktop — in posts, videos, articles — are welcome, and we are glad when you share them.
Changes to this page
If the agreement that applies to Chronoscape ever changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
